Graduation...

Monreau is officially a Kindergartener!!!

Unfortunately, my camera got bumped to the wrong setting during the big ceremony and none of the pictures turned out! But, here's a few after that document her big smile and excitement over completely preschool!! It was a great year! She learned a lot and really enjoyed it!

The do handprints on the walls! It's cute because they can go back in the years to come and see them! (Shae always finds hers) Usually they do 2 .... Monreau did 4 since the first two were not her favorite! Made me laugh... this is totally her!! Love this girl!!

Love this picture! Monreau puts her hands on her hips all the time! Funny to capture it! Who knows what the boys are looking at :)

Field Trips...

It still amazes me that we have already transitioned from the days of just babies into school... packing lunches, spelling tests, homework and field trips :)! Wow, that went fast!! At least for the oldest two! I'm thankful I still have two "babies" left! 

In the past few weeks I had two field trips with the girls! Shaelyn's class went to the zoo and Monreau's went to the Meijer Gardens. Both days were cold! Shae's was pouring rain and cold. Monreau's was beautiful sunshine and cold! A bit of a bummer since we have had a lot of beautiful days this spring! But, it was fun to be with their classes and to see them in their school environments! 

Headed into the Zoo class! 

 And then off to a WET trip through the zoo! With her sweet friend Sylvia!

 And her friend Mya! Yes, Shaelyn is definitely the tallest girl in her class ... and sweet Mya is the smallest! These two look like they are years apart in age!

Mother's Day...

I felt loved and BLESSED this Mother's Day! It's a precious gift to have FOUR children! I truly love this phase of life that we are in!! There is never a dull moment (or quiet for that matter :)) ...
I love these four!!!!

 I am SO thankful we were given this sweet boy! Life as #4 is not always easy... but you are loved and adored and growing up way too quickly!

The images of my days...

I just synced my iphone for the first time in months and as I watched the pictures and videos upload they made me smile. I have to say that I love having a phone that takes good pictures and videos. I have a great camera and love to use it, but there is something about having it with you always that seems to capture the real events of my day to day life more than I do with my good camera. Usually it's just an image I snap to text Matt or something that makes me laugh or something Monreau takes :)!
